Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her initial show for several years, setting bigger targets each year. In 2009 she won four more fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd during the event. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she did not have any goals. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to exercises. Ariel will also make use of every minute. The supersetting of all exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
